Remarks

Disclosure of notes on shareholding pattern The Company has allotted 14,91,200 Warrants on November 27, 2024, and on March 18, 2025, the Company converted 8,17,600 warrants into equity shares pursuant to the exercise of the right by the warrant holders (Non Promoter - Public); accordingly, the issued and paid-up equity shares of the Company was 2,42,98,600 shares as on March 31, 2025. The Company has applied for the Listing Application with to the NSE on April 3, 2025, and approval of the same is awaited, and 6,73,600 warrants are still pending for conversion as on March 31, 2025.
