Since 2020, ‘Le Merite’ embarked on manufacture of Greige fabrics.

A setup of 114 Air-jet looms, comprising of Tsudakoma looms is available in the following configurations:-

● 48 looms - Width 190 cms – for making fabrics in width range 50” to 70”
● 30 looms - Width 210 cms – for making Lycra fabrics in width upto 78”
● 36 looms - Width 290 cms to 340cms – for making Wide-width fabrics upto 107” & 130”

The following facilities are available :-
● Tuck in selvedge attachment.
● Batching motion for Jumbo rolls.
● Hydraulic Pressing machine for Bale.
● Pallet making platform.
